Kogi State Governor Usman Ododo has called on all governorship candidates in the last election in the state, including Murtala Ajaka of the Social Democratic Party, to support him in developing the state.
The governor made the call while reacting to the judgement by the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja, which affirmed his victory on Monday in the November 11, 2023, election.
He called on the politicians to join hands with him to develop the state, saying his victory at the tribunal is for the good people of the state who voted for him massively during the off-cycle election, stressing that the time for real work for the development of the state has come.
