The All Progressives Congress has assured Nigerians of better days ahead in line with the ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’ of President Bola Tinubu’s administration.
The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, made this known in a statement on in Abuja, while congratulating Nigerians on this year’s Democracy Day.
Morka said democracy has empowered citizens to hold elected officers accountable, through periodic elections and other constitutionally enshrined mechanisms.
He, however, noted that just like with every human device and agency, democracy is not without its imperfections and challenges; as Nigeria has had its fair share of setbacks, pain and disappointments.
Morka thanked Nigerians for their unwavering support for the President Tinubu-led administration and the APC, while expressing confidence that the democracy being celebrated would usher in an era of economic freedom and secure a brighter future for Nigerians.
