Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, has congratulated the Muslim Ummah as they mark the Eid- el-Kabir celebration.
Akpabio, in a congratulatory message said the season signifies sacrifice and joy, therefore, Nigerians need to make the necessary sacrifices for a better tomorrow.
He noted that the President Tinubu-led administration was aware of the challenges currently being faced by Nigerians but emphasized that the tough reforms by the government were necessary to secure Nigeria for today and tomorrow.
Akpabio assured that under his leadership, the 10th National Assembly would work diligently in collaboration with President Tinubu by providing the required legislative interventions for the growth of the country and benefit of all Nigerians.
The Senate President also congratulated President Tinubu for celebrating the second Eid-el-Kabir in office as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,
praying that God would continue to bless him with wisdom and strength to fulfill his promises to Nigerians.
