The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has suspended the Permit for Non-Commercial Flights (PNCF) of 10 private jet operators due to their failure to commence the recertification process. The affected operators are: Aero Lead Ltd, Azikel Dredging Nigeria Ltd, Bli-Aviation Safety Services, Ezuma Jets Ltd, Ferry Aviation Developments Ltd, Marrietta Management Services Ltd, Matrix Energy Ltd, Mattini Airline Services Ltd, Sky Bird Air Ltd, and Worldwide Skypaths Services.

According to the NCAA, the suspension is a result of the operators’ flagrant disregard of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Regulations 2023 Part 18.3.4, which prohibits PNCF license holders from using their aircraft for commercial purposes.

The public has been notified that it is illegal to engage PNCF holders for commercial purposes, and the NCAA has deployed officials to monitor activities at General Aviation Terminals (GAT) and private wings of airports.
