Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress, (APC) presidential candidate for the 2023 elections, has confirmed Senator Kashim Shettima as his running mate.
Meanwhile, it was” reported in one of its Sunday bulletins that the vice presidential candidate will be unveiled to President Muhammadu Buhari, the party’s leader, in his hometown of Daura, Katsina State, on Sunday (today).
President Buhari has been in Daura since Friday to celebrate Eid-el Kabir.
Remember that Shettima was a key figure in Tinubu’s pre-presidential primary campaign.
Borno Central Senatorial District Representative Shettima is a former two-term Governor of Borno State.
