Making the presentation on behalf of Nigeria, is Emmanuel Nweke, Senior Counsellor, Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Budapest Convention as it is known, is one of the most effective Instrument in the fight against criminal activities using the Electronic Systems.
The presentation was was made at the margins of the 3rd Session of the Ad Hoc Committee on the elaboration of a new Cybercrime Convention holding in New York. With this accession, Nigeria joins over 87 State parties including the USA, Canada and all EU countries.
