The Nigerian Bar Association has issued a statement confirming its stance on NBA General Secretary Joyce Oduah’s suspension.
The statement was made available to TRIPLENET’S LAW PARLIAMENT.
The NBA stated that it made its decision in response to the serious allegations leveled against the NBA Secretary, specifically her acts of disobedience toward the President.
Meanwhile, the General Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association, Mrs Joyce Oduah, stated on Monday that her suspension by NBA executives was impossible.
Oduah had stated: “Nobody but the NBA NEC has the authority to suspend a General Secretary.
