Governor Bello Matawalle has nominated Senator Muhammad Hassan Nasiha as the new deputy governor of Zamfara State.
Speaker of the House of Assembly, Nasiru Mua’zu read a letter from the Governor nominating Hassan on the floor of the house on Wednesday.
Hassan’s nomination comes few hours after the impeachment of Mahdi Gusau as deputy governor of the state.
