Senior Magistrate Rabi Abdulkadir was indicted for judicial recklessness and relieved of judicial duties for a year.
Senior Registrar Abdu Nasir received a strong warning and had his promotion deferred for one year.
Chief Magistrate Tijjani Saleh-Minjibir was also recalled from judicial duties for a year.
