EFCC Drags Government Official to Court for Obstructing Investigation
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arraigned Usman Mallam, a desk officer with the Gombe State Government, for allegedly tearing up investigation letters and obstructing the commission’s investigation.
Mallam pleaded not guilty to the charges and was granted bail in the sum of N10 million with one surety.
The case was adjourned to July 9, 2024, for trial.
