Assailants suspected to be terrorists have reportedly killed six people and abducted others at a village in Gwadabawa Local Government Area of Sokoto State.
The suspected terrorists were said to have attacked the Tudun Doki village at about 1:30 am on Sallah day.
The spokesperson of the Sokoto State Police Command, Ahmed Rufa’i, confirmed the attack saying six bodies have been retrieved so far.
However, the police is yet to ascertain the number of abducted persons.
