In a letter signed by Chief Justice of the Federal High Court Hon. John T. Tsoho, the postings take immediate effect.
The Federal High Court has issued a new list of judge postings to accommodate six newly appointed judges to the Judiciary.
All judges affected by the transfer, as well as new judges on posting, will return to their divisions at the start of the new legal year in September 2022.
