The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has moved former governor of Anambra State,  Willie Obiano to Abuja for further interrogation.

According to EFCC Spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren, Obiano was transferred to Abuja on Friday morning.

Nigeria News House (NNH) had reported how the ex-governor was arrested by the anti-graft agency while trying to baord a flight   from the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos for Texas, United States on Thursday night.

Recall that Obiano had on Thursday handed over to Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo after completing two-terms as governor of the South-Eastern State.
