The Super Falcons of Nigeria have booked a place in this year’s Women Africa Cup of Nations Championship, AWCON, after defeating Cote d’Ivoire 1-0 in Abidjan on Wednesday.
Nigeria News House (NNH) reports that The Super Falcons had won the first leg 2-0.
This means the nine-time African champions have booked their spot with an aggregate 3-0 win.
Esther Okoronkwo got the winning goal for Nigeria in the second half to secure qualification for Morocco 2022.
