Super Falcons head coach Randy Waldrum has unveiled a formidable squad comprising seasoned veterans and emerging talents for the upcoming 2024 Paris Olympics qualifiers clash against South Africa. Among the 22 players called up are stars like Asisat Oshoala, Chiamaka Nnadozie, and Rasheedat Ajibade, alongside Saudi Arabia-based defender Ashley Plumptre and experienced Osinachi Ohale. The squad is set to face South Africa in a two-legged encounter, with the first leg taking place at the MKO Abiola National Stadium, Abuja, on April 5th, followed by the return fixture at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria on April 9th. The winner of the tie will secure one of Africa’s two spots at the Women’s Olympic Football Tournament in Paris.
