The West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for school candidates in 2022 will be coordinated and marked in 85 locations throughout Nigeria.

The announcement was made by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) in a statement released on Wednesday and signed by Mrs. Moyosola Adeyegbe, the organization’s interim head of public affairs.

The large number, according to the council, is necessary to keep the results of candidates public 45 days after the last exam is taken.

According to WAEC, the organizing and marking would start on July 13.

“On Wednesday, July 13, coordination meetings for chief examiners and team leaders will take place in the morning, and those for assistant examiners will start in the late afternoon.

From Wednesday, July 13, to Friday, July 15, “the coordination meetings would take place.

“This is to allow our Muslim coworkers and examiners to thoroughly enjoy the Eid-el-Kabir celebrations before starting the project.

Therefore, it remarked, “The council wishes to congratulate the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of the Eid-el Kabir celebration.”
