Abdullahi Sani Abacha, the son of the late former head of state, Sani Abacha, has passed away. The sad news was confirmed by his sister, Gumsu Abacha, through a tweet earlier today.
According to Gumsu’s post, Abdullahi passed away in his sleep in the early hours of the morning. She has requested the public to keep Abdullahi in their prayers and asked Allah to forgive his shortcomings and grant him jannatul firdous.
Abdullahi’s burial is scheduled for later today at the Gudu Cemetery after a prayer at the Central Mosque in Abuja, according to Gumsu.
