Bayern Munich Chief Executive Officer Jan-Christian Dreesen has dismissed speculation linking wingers Luis Diaz and Michael Olise with moves away from the Bundesliga champions, insisting the club has no intention of selling either player.
Speaking at a press club event in Munich on Tuesday, Dreesen described reports suggesting the duo could leave as unfounded.
Olise, who impressed during France’s run to the semi-finals of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, has been linked with a move to Real Madrid, while Diaz has reportedly attracted interest from clubs in Saudi Arabia.
Reacting to the speculation, Dreesen said there had been no contact from any club regarding Olise.
“It’s surprising to see what gets said when you know the truth yourself; it’s interesting,” he said.
The Bayern chief added that Olise would “obviously” remain at the club next season, revealing that he had received “zero” calls from Real Madrid.
“Not a single letter, fax or email either,” he added.
Addressing rumours surrounding Diaz, Dreesen said the situation was no different.
“The same applies there: no calls, nothing else.
“We’d be foolish to do so. We have such a good team; let them play and score goals,” he said.
Diaz, who joined Bayern in 2025, and Olise, who arrived in 2024, are both under contract until 2029.
Dreesen also expressed optimism that England captain Harry Kane would extend his stay at the club beyond the expiration of his current deal at the end of next season.
“There’s a strong desire (to extend) on both sides. We’ll have to see how that desire aligns,” he said.
Kane, who turned 33 on Tuesday, enjoyed another prolific campaign for Bayern last season, scoring 61 goals and providing seven assists in 51 appearances across all competitions.
