The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) disclosed this in its December 2025 Crude Oil and Condensate Production Report.
On a month-on-month basis, output also fell, dropping from 1.698 million bpd in October 2025 to 1.599 million bpd in November.
According to the report, combined crude oil and condensate production in November ranged between a low of 1.54 million bpd and a peak of 1.79 million bpd.
“The daily average production in November was 1,599,054 barrels per day, comprising crude oil production of 1,436,005 barrels per day and condensate production of 163,049 barrels per day,” the commission said.
NUPRC noted that Nigeria’s average crude oil production for the month represented about 96 per cent of its Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) quota of 1.5 million bpd.
