The incident, stemming from a militant attack on December 12th, involved the tragic killing of four army personnel and the abduction of the foreigners working for Daewoo.
The Rivers State Police Command revealed the expatriates’ freedom on Saturday, attributing it to the intensified efforts of security agencies. The Police Public Relations Officer, Superintendent Grace Iringe-Koko, stated that ongoing investigations are in progress.
