A delegation of seven Executive Directors from the African Development Bank (AfDB) is in The Gambia for a five-day visit, hosted by President Adama Barrow and the Ministry of Finance.
The delegation will assess AfDB-funded initiatives, including the Sukuta Women Vegetable Garden and the Senegambia Bridge, while engaging with key sectors such as agriculture, infrastructure, and health.
The visit aims to strengthen partnerships and align development support with The Gambia’s Refocused National Development Plan 2023-2027.
